A Facility Built
to Deliver at Scale
Elm operates from a purpose set up manufacturing facility in Melbourne, running a full suite of German engineered HOMAG machinery, built for the throughput and precision commercial projects demand, from single item joinery pieces through to full building packages.
Our Machinery
Elm's facility is built around HOMAG's Centateq series CNC machining centre paired with a HOMAG Edgeteq edgebander: precision cutting, drilling and edge finishing in a single integrated workflow, run and programmed in house from our own CNC data.

In House Drafting to Factory Floor
Shop drawings and CNC data are developed in house and fed directly into our machinery, removing the handoff delays that come from outsourced drafting, and keeping accuracy consistent from design through to the finished piece.
Capacity
Operating from approximately 1,000m² of manufacturing space, Elm is set up to run commercial scale volume without the overhead structure of a larger, less agile operator, meaning faster turnaround and direct access to the people actually running your project.
Program Driven Manufacturing
Manufacturing at Elm is built around builder deadlines, not the other way around. Our estimating and production scheduling are set up to hold to commercial construction programs, because a joinery package that's right but late is still a program risk.

Every piece manufactured at Elm is built for high traffic, commercial grade use: consistent finish, consistent tolerances, and manufacturing standards that hold up across a $10K fit out or a $10M package.
